Mr Pig is slow roasted at your location. After Roasting Mr. Pig it's garnished and displayed. This is a great time for photos with friends and family or the guest of honor! Mr. Pig is then carved, pulled and served up as tasty pulled pork. Mr Pig is served with a variety of our own home made sauces.

Your meal also includes our almost famous BBQ Baked Beans, Potato salad, Coleslaw and Cornbread and butter.Heavy duty plastic ware, Plates and napkins are included..

Having an event? Got all the sides but need the PIG? We got ya covered! We will arrive at your desired location and roast, display, pull and serve Mr. Pig, We will bring some great sauces and some fresh rolls for pulled pork sandwiches. We will also set up a serving table. We supply heavy duty disposable place settings. We want to take the time to roast your piggy right. Mr. Pig is roasted from raw on your site. We will be on site 7-8 hours prior to serving.

**PORK-EEZ BIG KAHUNA HAWAIIAN LUAU**

Our crew arrives with Luau in mind....We prep and roast a whole pig infused with a blend of tropical juices and a rub of secret seasonings. Mr. Pig is roasted till he's fall off the bone tender. We will also grill up some Hawaiian style Orange Ginger Chicken Boneless Chicken Breasts

Your lavish luau also includes traditional sides,Coleslaw, Big Kahuna Baked Beans, fresh Cornbread and butter, Potato salad. We also take care of all the condiments, utensils, plates and napkins.

**PORK-EEZ BBQ BLOWOUT**

We won't roast a whole piggy, but we smoke up plenty of protein. Fresh hickory smoked pork shoulder pulled and chopped, smoked chicken breast smothered in our blend of homemade BBQ Sauce, and our smoked kielbasa chunks, moist and flavorful. We will also bring along our famous BBQ Baked Beans, red skin potato salad, coleslaw, and corn bread too.

We will finish it with a variety of your favorite sauces.
