PORK- EEZ BIG KAHUNA HAWAIIAN LUAU

  Our crew arrives with Luau in mind.......attired in colorful Hawaiian shirts we get to work........We prep and roast a whole pig infused with a blend of tropical juices and a rub of secret seasonings. Mr Pig is roasted till he's fall off the bone tender. We will also grill up some Hawaiian style BBQ Chicken, known as HULI HULI on the islands.

Your lavish luau also includes traditonal sides, Hawaiian Coleslaw, Big Kahuna Baked Beans, fresh rolls and butter, Potato salad.  we also take care of all the condiments,multicolored plates and napkins. we won't forget the leis either.
